Shipping & Delivery

At The Alchemist Label, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping costs, delivery times, and important policies to keep in mind when placing your order.

 

Shipping Costs and VAT

  • Shipping costs, delivery times, and VAT are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location.
  • The shipping costs represent the exact amount charged by our transportation providers, including CTT and other logistics partners.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $150.

 

Delivery Times

All approved orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and dispatched in the order they are received. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Portugal: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Within the EU: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Outside the EU (Worldwide): 5 to 10 working days.

Note: Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

 

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, additional customs or import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

  • The Alchemist Label has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country.
  • For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

 

Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please double-check your address during checkout to ensure your order is delivered correctly.
  • If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately at inquiries@thealchemistlabel.com. However, if the order has already been processed, changes may not be possible.

 

Undelivered or Refused Orders

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible address.
  • If an order is returned to us due to refusal, unavailability, or failure to collect it from the courier, shipping costs and any import duty fees for its return will be charged to the customer.

 

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to us at inquiries@thealchemistlabel.com as soon as possible.
  • We will assist in contacting the shipping provider to address the situation.
