Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents (e.g., invoice).
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Defective Products: If an issue is clearly due to a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Include a clear description of the defect along with photos if possible.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email inquiries@thealchemistlabel.com with your order details and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Our team will confirm availability and provide further instructions.
  3. Return the original item in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item.

Return Process

  2. Prepare the Item: Package the product securely, including all original packaging and documents.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the return to the address provided by our team. Ensure the package is properly tracked and insured, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
  • Defective Items: For defective products, return shipping costs will be reimbursed, and the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Refunds for Returns: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Items returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing packaging) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
  • Please avoid placing tape or labels directly on the product’s original packaging to ensure the item remains in a resalable condition.
